Management and Supervisory Skills, Project cycle management and MEAL. Wesley has experience working for several NGOs in Zambia and in the private sector.
Emmanuel Chanda
Resource Mobilisation Officer
Emmanuel has 5 years’ experience in developmental work, Bachelors of Arts in secondary education, diploma in theology and management studies, diploma in philosophy and religious studies, certificate in farming techniques.​

Finance and Administration Manager​
Chuma possesses significant experience in financial management within organizations focused on development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.

Mwenya Makasa holds a degree in Political Science and Sociology, with 5 years of experience in development work. Mwenya has certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation, Communication and Visibility, and Lobby and Advocacy, showcasing his expertise in promoting socio-political causes effectively.

Ms. Precious is a dedicated special education teacher with 22 years of experience, including 16 years in special education. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education. She is passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments and empowering learners with diverse needs to thrive.

Paul has 12 years of experience in development work, focusing on empowering children and young adults. With a Bachelor of Arts in Education and various certifications in business management and marketing, he is dedicated to fostering a generation that advocates for their rights and knowledge.

John has 22 years development work experience, a Degree in Development Studies, Diploma in Theology and certificates in Psycho-social counselor, Certificate in Social Work, Project Cycle Management, and in Sustainable Livelihoods & Poverty Reduction.
